Cards

Helloo....

Here are a couple of cards I made....

The first one is an Indigo Blu stamp coloured in with wink of stella pens and with a few swipes of tango and london bus fresco paints in the background and I stamped on the bird stamp. I used part of a tree stencil from Splodgeaway and a little distress around the edge.

 The second on I got a piece of material and frayed the edges and added some alcohol inks and then gloss mod podged it down accentuating the brush lines which also ran into the ink, before it dried I stamped the map on some paper and then stuck it on top and added a bit more mod podge and little of the ink bled through on to the map. The greeting is a Craftwork cards one.

Birthday card

Hellooooooooo here is the birthday card I made for my mom.....inspiration originally started from this paper artsy video the technique didn't actually work out as intended think I needed a thicker layer of texture paste but anyway here is what resulted.....

I tried the paper artsy technique through a square stencil with some texture paste and then painted it with fresco paints and stamped it with the flower. I then stamped a Happy Birthday using a rainbow ink pad, mounted it on some card and edged with ink. In the background I sprayed yellow dylusions and stamped some paint with a lid and stuck down some fibres and little flowers, and I also used alcohol inks on some acetate and punched out some flowers as well.

Happy Birthday Mom!!

Here is my first foray into waxed kraft paper.....I dyed it with alcohol ink and then die cut some shapes......the letters were plain chipboard that I coloured with distress ink and glitter......then the background is sanded C'oredinations and I used an Edgability to die cut the edge of the card

Here are two more cards......first a brayering attempt.....I got the sky a bit too blue but I hand drew the scarecrow and field of corn which I was quite pleased with. The second was for my sister's 40th and I cut the numbers out of glitter card on the cricut, put it on an embossed background also on glitter card and then behind that I made an alcohol ink background on glossy card
