Queueing is Quintessentially British

Hello........another letter in the alpha challenge......no way......and this time it is Q! Well there are actually a lot of interesting Q words I feel I learnt a lot reading through the dictionary earlier, but not many lend themselves to being depicted in the challenge.......but in the end I decided on queue, and managed to sneak in quintessential as well!

I made a background of Dylusions, I really love that pink and yellow combo, then I picked out some characters from my stamps and made them queue! I stamped them in purple archival and coloured a few bits with a gel pen as well, and drew on the little sign. Also I just got some new gold gloss paint yesterday which I love and so couldn't resist putting some around the edge, although I nearly blocked out the definition by accident hehe!!

  1. I looked at queue too, but wasn't sure how to depict it- this is fabulous, well done; and for getting in quintessential as well.
